Where can I find sounds I purchased?
Sign in with the same account used at checkout, then open Your sound library. Every confirmed sound purchase stays in your library, and you can download it again without paying again. Downloads shows your download history.
Do I have to pay again to download a sound I bought?
No. One confirmed payment gives your account ongoing access to that sound. Download it again any time from Your sound library; this is not a recurring subscription.
When does a download become available?
A download appears after the payment provider confirms the order. Pending payments may take a little time to update.
Where can I find the license for a sound?
Each sound lists its license type on the sound page and in purchase details. Check those details before using a sound in a project.
I need help with an order. What should I include?
